PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL:
Imported bulks materials are stocked at the factory godown and after re-packing products are transported to Depots by using own transports. Territorial Officers collect orders and deliver the products to distributors and thereafter to the retailers. McDonald has around 1200 distributors across the country Area Officers and Territory Officers are responsible to carryout product promotion at Farmer and Retailers level. Products are distributed across the country through a chain of 15 Nos. of Depot located in strategic position in Bangladesh.
